Coach Moses Quiroz, the founder of Phoenix Muay Thai, has dedicated his life to martial arts, self-defense, and personal growth. His journey began at just seven years old, training in Taekwondo, where he developed the foundation for his striking and discipline. Over the years, he expanded his skill set, becoming certified in Israeli Krav Maga, a combat-proven self-defense system. With over 15 years of Muay Thai training and fight experience, Coach Moses has refined his craft through relentless training, competition, and coaching.

Beyond martial arts, Coach Moses is a United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran, having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. His time in the military instilled in him the values of discipline, perseverance, and leadership, which he now brings to his students in the gym.
